    Refund Policy

    If you cancel your registration on or before February 15, 2012, you will receive a prompt refund. No refunds will be made for cancellations on registrations, field trips, or other symposium-related activities after February 15, 2012. All cancellation notices must be made in writing to symposium organizers.
